1. 进口检漏仪(High-Performance Helium leak Detector)：Pfeiffer/Adixen(普发)、Inficon（英福康）、Leybold(莱宝),LACO(雷科)
氦质谱检漏仪作为精密仪器，其装配与调试水平非常重要；同样的零部件，不同的工程师装配调试出来性能千差万别，有的甚至不能用。甚至有些进口检漏仪刚出厂就我们就发现其装配极其不合理，状态很差，进过睿米工程师调试，达到很高的水平和很高精度。
Helium massspectrometer leak detector as a precision instrument, the assembly and debuggingis very important; the same components and different engineers assemblydebugging performs differently in thousands ways. We have found even some ofthe imported helium leak detector just from the factory the assembly ofextremely unreasonable, and the performance is very poor. RealMeter’sexperienced engineers are able to debug and reassemble the detector so as toreach a high-level performance while high precision is guaranteed.
